Dear Customer,
Due to ongoing drought conditions, The North Harris County Regional Authority (NHCRWA) initiated Stage 1 water conservation measures. Because Northwest Harris County MUD 10 is located within the boundaries of the NHCRWA, we are required to initiate Stage 1 voluntary water conservation measures. The NHCRWA and Northwest Harris County MUD 10 may require mandatory water use restrictions if conditions worsen. Effective immediately, the following voluntary water use restrictions are in place:
Voluntary Water Use Restrictions Now in Place
- Customers are requested to practice water conservation and to minimize water use.
- Customers are requested to voluntarily limit all outdoor water use times. Do not use water between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00 am and between the hours of 6:00 pm and midnight.
- Customers are requested to limit the days outdoor water is used. Customers with odd-numbered addresses should use water on odd-numbered days and customers with even-numbered addresses should use water on even-numbered days.
